Startup Huddle is a global initiative designed to build strong, supportive startup communities by crowd-sourcing advice, feedback, and encouragement—one entrepreneur at a time. Organized by the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN), Startup Huddle is hosted in more than 65 cities worldwide, gathering local community leaders, founders, investors, and other key ecosystem players every month to foster innovation and entrepreneurial success.
Startup Huddle Yerevan happens on the last Friday of every month, and EPIC has resumed its regular sessions after the summer break. The event provides entrepreneurs the opportunity to present their startups in front of a supportive audience of peers, investors, and ecosystem builders. During each session, two founders give 6-minute presentations focused on the challenges they are facing in their ventures. This is followed by a 20-minute interactive discussion, where the audience offers feedback, suggestions, and constructive critique to help the founder overcome obstacles and refine their business model.
The goal is not only to offer advice but to create meaningful connections within the startup ecosystem. Research supported by GEN shows that startups with stronger local networks grow faster and achieve more revenue than those with limited connections.
