About the Event:
Open to everyone and organized in partnership with AUA/UATE/EPIC, this event will provide an overview and discussion of the benefits of “Academia-Industry-Government” partnership in terms of development and continuity of the entrepreneurial process of knowledge and innovation transfer to product development for societal needs. A brief presentation of success stories will be followed by a moderated discussion session with the invited panelists from academia, industry, and government.
About the Speaker:
Dr. Naira Campbell-Kyureghyan is C. Judson King Endowed Professor at the American University of Armenia. Over the last two decades, Dr. Campbell-Kyureghyan founded and directed several interdisciplinary research laboratories, translational centers, and academia-industry-government partnership consortia. She has authored over 200 peer-reviewed publications and presentations, delivered a dozen keynote addresses in the United States and internationally, and served on the editorial boards of several major international journals in her field.
